Family law is our primary area of practice. We have handled hundreds of cases including grandparents' rights and complex equitable distribution matters. We have also served as a Family Law Master in Clarion County.
WORKER'S COMPENSATION
We represent clients who sustain injuries while at work as well as those who aggravate a pre-existing condition while working. We have handled several hundred worker's compensation cases throughout our career before worker's compensation judges and on appeal in appellate courts in Pennsylvania.
AUTO ACCIDENTS
We represent clients in all types of auto accident cases. If you are injured in an accident or have missed time from work because of an accident please contact our office for an initial consultation concerning your rights. The first consultation is no charge and our contingent fee rate is 25%.
WILLS & ESTATES
We prepare wills and living wills and medical powers of attorney. We also probate estates and meet with clients for planning purposes regarding their estates.
CRIMINAL
We represent clients charged with DUI and summary and misdemeanor charges under the crimes code and vehicle code.
IMMIGRATION/VISAS
We can assist you in procuring work visas as well as fiance visas. We also will file all the forms to adjust the permanent residents status once in the USA.
MUNICIPAL LAW
We provide representation of local governmental entities such as boroughs, townships and municipal authorities.
SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY
We represent clients in all aspect of applying for and securing disability benefits through the hearing stage. We have filed and handled well over 100 social security hearings throughout our career.
